Before purchasing products available at LGMP La Gosh My Passion store, be sure to read the terms and conditions below. By finalizing your transaction you confirm your acceptance of it in full.
On the basis of the Regulations, products offered on the website www.lgmp.pl are sold and delivered, the owner of which is LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz, based in Klecza Dolna 34-124, Szmaragdowa Street 23, NIP: 5531189027, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the Minister of Economy.

Information about Goods or Services provided on the Store's websites, in particular their descriptions, technical parameters and prices, do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but are only an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
Products and services offered through www.lgmp.pl
- Knitted designs with descriptions of workmanship, available in digital form.
- Materials and tools necessary for knitting from the Patterns described in item 1.
- Do-it-yourself (DIY) kits, including a description of how to do it in the form of paper printouts.
- Finished, handmade knitted products.
- Printed publications (both in book and booklet form).
- Electronic publications (offered in digital form, regardless of the format and type of files in which they are fixed).
- Tickets for participation in classroom training, workshops, dedicated meetings.
- Online courses.
The seller declares that all items available on www.lgmp.pl, yarns, accessories, books and other printed materials are new, handmade items are new, washed after making (unless the product card says otherwise). The seller also declares that he owns the copyright to all, offered on www.lgmp.pl products.
Intellectual property and copyright
- Patterns (both paid, with video courses, and those available as free tutorials or tutorials with accompanying description) and products available in the Boutique are protected by copyright and may not be made for resale. Designs are sold or provided free of charge on the condition that they are used for non-commercial purposes.
- All content published on the lgmp,pl website (especially photos, graphics, text, videos, illustrations) is the exclusive property of Izabela Jagosz, owner of the LGMP La Gosh My Passion brand, doing business as LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz, 23 Szmaragdowa St., 34-124 Klecza Dolna. The content is protected by copyright and other laws. Their use is permitted only with the written permission of the owner.
- Reproduction in whole or in part of the materials available on the site (texts, photos, illustrations, etc.), without written permission is strictly prohibited. The prohibition also applies to reproduction, storage in a retrieval system, transmission in any form or by any electronic, electrostatic, magnetic tape, photocopying, recording or making available in any other way, without prior written permission.
Orders and lead time
- Orders at lgmp.pl can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The conclusion of the Contract of Sale between the Buyer and the Seller takes place after the Buyer places an Order using the Order form on the website lgmp.pl.
- Before placing an Order, it is necessary to confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and these Regulations and accept their provisions. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy is a condition for placing an Order.
- In order to complete the order, the ordering party is required to provide the following data:
a) for collection of digital products - first and last name, correct email address,
b) for collection of other products available on lgmp.pl - first and last name, correct email address, postal delivery address and cell phone number (if necessary to receive the shipment). - The conclusion of the Contract of Sale takes place after the Seller accepts the Order, sent via the Internet. The moment the Seller sends a confirmation of the Order is the moment when the Contract of Sale is concluded.
- Orders for digital products (e-books, Patterns with video courses, online tickets, access to online courses) are processed immediately after recording the payment on the account, or within a maximum of 2 working days. The buyer of a Pattern, a Pattern with a video course or an e-book receives links to download the files. The links have a limit on downloads and activity time, so files should be saved to your devices. Permanent access to files applies only to online courses.
- Orders for other products (yarns, accessories, finished knitting products, paper publications, do-it-yourself (DIY) kits) are fulfilled within a maximum of three working days after the payment is credited to the account (unless a different term is specified in the product card). In the case of promotional and sales campaigns, the lead time may be extended. Transfers to the account should be made within a maximum of 2 business days. Exceeding the aforementioned payment deadline may result in cancellation of the order).
- Receipts or VAT invoices are sent by e-mail. The Buyer expressly authorizes the Seller to issue VAT invoices and correction invoices in electronic form.
- Any change in the delivery address may result in an extended lead time.
- An order is considered fulfilled when the products are delivered to the address indicated in the order, or to another address confirmed by us in writing (this applies if there is a change of address after the order is placed). LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz is not obliged to make sure that the person receiving the shipment is the person making the purchase through lgmp.pl website .
- We shall not be liable for delays in the performance of the order or other obligations incumbent upon us under the concluded contract in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. ("Force Majeure"). Force Majeure includes external events that are impossible to foresee (which includes the remote probability of its occurrence in a given situation) and impossible to control and prevent. In the event of Force Majeure, the obligation to perform tasks under the concluded contract shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure. We will make every effort to bring the Force Majeure to an end or to find a solution so that our contractual obligations can be performed despite the emergency.
Prices, payments and shipping costs
- All prices listed on lgmp.pl are gross prices, including VAT. Prices do not include the cost of possible shipping.
- The cost of delivery of goods having a physical form, each time is presented after adding the product(s) to the cart and proceeding to checkout. The total value of the order includes the price of the goods and shipping costs, if any. Shipments of orders of goods having a physical form, with a value exceeding the amount of 300 PLN, are shipped for free in Poland. This value does not include the value of digital products.
- The delivery of products electronically and the provision of the service does not incur delivery costs.
- Payments for digital products (Patterns, Patterns with video courses, e-books), available on lgmp.pl, are made exclusively through the services: Imoje (operated by ING Bank Slaski SA), PayPal and Przelewy24. The customer can choose one of the available forms of payment: BLIK payment, payment card, electronic transfer. In all services it is possible to make payments by credit card. Additional forms of payment, such as prepayment on account, or traditional transfer are dedicated to products that have a physical form, such as yarns and accessories, finished knitting products, paper publications, DIY kits, and in any case require prior agreement with the Seller, at e-mail: info@lgmp.pl.
- In case of interruption of payment via Imoje, PayPal, Przelewy24, the order is automatically canceled. In this case, the Customer, if he is still interested in the purchase, can make another order. He can also make a transfer to the Seller's bank account, but each time this requires contacting the Seller, at the following email address: info@lgmp.pl. Due to the combination of the physical goods warehouse with the ordering system and automatic payment systems (Imoje, PayPal and Przelewy24) , in the case of payment directly to the account, without the indicated contact, the Seller does not guarantee the availability of the ordered products. The number of the company account to which payments should be made is:

The account is owned by LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz . - Ordered products, other than digital products, are delivered to the address specified in the order form via courier service. The choice of the method of delivery of the Products is made by the Buyer when placing the Order.
- Shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered products and the place of delivery (Poland or other EU/non-EU countries) and are specified each time in the product card.
- "Cash on delivery" shipments are not possible.
Returns/Cancellation
- Being a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The right referred to above also applies to an individual who enters into a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions of
Central Register and Information on Business Activity. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a written, unequivocal statement. - You can send the statement:
- in writing to the address of the mail order warehouse: LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz, 5 Krótka St., 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska,
- electronically, via email to: info@lgmp.pl - If the Customer withdraws from the Agreement by e-mail, the Owner of lgmp.pl will immediately send an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal information by e-mail.
- Returns are not subject to books inscribed with a personal dedication, products made to order, products in digital form and sent online, sound or visual recordings delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. This issue is regulated in detail by Articles 16(2)(2) and 35 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act of March 2, 2000.
- Tickets for classroom trainings, workshops and dedicated meetings, less than 7 days before the event, are also not refundable.
- In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, such an agreement is considered not concluded, and the parties are obliged to return what they have mutually provided to each other under it.
- Goods are returned in unaltered condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. This means that the product must not be damaged, soiled, in the case of Boutique products washed, modified or worn (except for trying it on). In addition, the product should have all original tags and labels. Return should take place immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of withdrawal of the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, from the Sales Agreement.
- Returned Goods should be sent to the address of the mail order warehouse:
LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz, 5 Krótka St., 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.Returned Goods should be packaged in such a way as to ensure that the shipment is not damaged in transit.
- The Shop Owner shall refund the value of the Order including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Buyer other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method available on lgmp.pl) immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal by the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article221of the CivilCodefrom the Sales Agreement. The owner of the store is not obliged to refund the cost of the returned goods if the Buyer took advantage of the free delivery option.
- If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the Product other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery available on the Online Store, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
- The Owner of the Store has the right to withhold the refund of the value of the Order, including delivery costs, until the Goods are received back or until proof of return is provided, whichever event occurs first.
- The amount due for the returned products, will be transferred by the same route by which the payment was made.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the product card states otherwise.
Complaints
- The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Buyer, including an individual who enters into a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code.
- Quantitative and qualitative deficiencies regarding the contents of the shipment, should be reported by e-mail up to seven days after receiving the shipment to info@lgmp.pl. The claim must be accompanied by photos of the damaged or incomplete shipment, along with a report of damage issued by the courier, if the shipment was damaged. Failure to report the claim within the specified period and failure to confirm the damage from the courier or the incompleteness of the shipment in photographic form within this period will result in the termination of claims for carriage.
- Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under the Product warranty to a Buyer who is not a Consumer is excluded.
- You can submit complaints in writing to the postal address: LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz, 5 Krótka Street, 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowsk or electronically, via e-mail info@lgmp.pl. When submitting a complaint, you should provide your name, surname, e-mail address, Order number, describe the reason for the complaint and the Customer's demand in connection with the defect of the Goods found
- You can submit it in case of:
- paper publication (book, brochure, description) has printing defects,
- physical or legal defects in other products,
- delay in realization or delivery of goods or services,
- incorrect data on the invoice or receipt. - The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of submission.
- Goods sent back under the complaint procedure should be sent to the address of the mail order warehouse lgmp.pl: LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz,5 Krótka Street, 34-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska.
Product availability
In case of shortage or unavailability of the ordered goods, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. If you have made a payment and we are unable to deliver the products to you within a satisfactory time (other than the standard shipping date), we will promptly refund the amount due by the same route as the payment was made.
Form of written communication
Current regulations require that some of the communication and information provided be in writing. Therefore, by using our services, you agree that communication will be mainly in electronic form. We will contact you via e-mail info@lgmp.pl or provide you with information by publishing it on our website www.lgmp.pl. By entering into an agreement, you agree to communicate with us electronically and acknowledge that all agreements, notices, information and other communications that we offer electronically meet all legal requirements for the manner of communication.

The right to amend the regulations
We are entitled to improve and change these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. By purchasing from www.lgmp.pl, you accept the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time you place your order, unless we are required by law or decision of governmental authorities to make changes to said Terms and Conditions (in which case possible changes will also affect orders that were placed earlier). This exclusion also applies if we notify you of a change to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase before we send you an acknowledgment of receipt (in which case we have the right to consider the changes to the Terms and Conditions as having been accepted, unless you deny it within seven business days of your acceptance of the mattress or other products from our site). We are entitled to improve and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Disputed claims
- Settlement of any disputes arising between the owner of the store at www.lgmp.pl and the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
- Settlement of any disputes arising between the owner of the store at www.lgmp.pl and the Customer, who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seat of LGMP La Gosh My Passion Izabela Jagosz.
- In case you want to get into a dispute with the owner of the store at www.lgmp.pl, in connection with the handling of complaints about goods, you also have the opportunity to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods. Any disputes arising from the sales contract may be resolved through mediation by mediators of the Mediation Center of the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, in accordance with the Rules of this Court, in effect on the date of the request for mediation.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on rendering electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
