POESIA is a fantastic, soft, 100 percent natural yarn made from merino wool.
It has certifications: RESPONSIBLE WOOL STANDARD (RWS) and OEKO TEX standard 100.
Great for children's, women's and men's knitwear.
To knit a simple sweater in size M
you will need about 11-12 skeins.

Recommended hand washing at temperatures NOT exceeding 30 degrees C.

Composition:
100% RWS-certified merino wool.

50 g hank - approx. 78 rmt /85 yds
Recommended size needles - EU 4-6/US 6-10

The size of the sample knitted with jersey stitch, wires #5 -.
16 stitches and 22 rows yields a size of about 10 x 10 cm

It focuses on newhe early management of land and livestock, ensuring that wool is produced responsibly, with respect for the integrity of the environment and in accordance with the five freedoms of animal welfare.

They consist of:
freedom from hunger and thirst;
freedom from discomfort;
freedom from pain and disease;
freedom to express normal behavior;
and freedom from fear and anxiety.

OEKO TEX STANDARD 100 is a certificate attesting to the quality of textile and textile products that come into direct contact with human skin. The Oeko-Tex organization assigns the certificate to products on which tests have been conducted to verify the presence of the 100 most hazardous substances that threaten consumers.

Thanks to tests conducted in laboratories around the world, certified products are free of agents that adversely affect human health (including formaldehydes, pesticides or substances that can cause allergies). Factors such as foreign odors or resistance to sweat and saliva are also evaluated.
