Product description
GURTHA means merino in the language of the Northern Aborigines.
Ethical merino fleece sourcing operations are certified under the
RESPONSIBLE WOOL STANDARD (RWS).
GURTHA LGMP yarn will satisfy even the most sensitive knit "wearers". This is because it is INCREDIBLY soft and nice to the touch.
Springy, with a very nice, even twist. You can knit with both single thread and double thread
(depending on what effect you want to achieve). It can also be combined with GLISSY yarn.
Perfect for knitting for the whole family (both women's, men's and children's).
The range of colors will be gradually increased.
Hand wash recommended, at temperatures NOT EXCEEDING 30 degrees C. Can also be washed in a washing machine, ONLY on the wool wash program, in cold water. We recommend using a good wool wash (such as ORPHEA)

60% RWS-certified merino wool,
40% polylane
50 g skein - approx. 190 rmt /207 yds
Recommended size needles - EU 3.5/US 5 (for double thread knitting EU 5-6/US 8-10)

POLYLANA is a new way to create fibers, with reduced environmental impact and increased performance capabilities. It is a minimally invasive alternative to acrylic fiber - 76% less energy, 85% less water, 19% less CO2, 76% less waste and 32% less fiber emissions. In the formulation, GURTHA reinforces the merino yarn, providing the yarn with longer and more comfortable wear.
