1. when will I receive the ordered Pattern?
An email containing download links is sent automatically, as soon as you place your order and make the payment using PayPal or Przelewy24. If you don't find it in your email inbox after a few minutes, check your SPAM, NOTIFICATIONS, OFFERS folders and - if it's not there either - be sure to contact me by E-MAIL, sending a message to: info@lgmp.pl. Remember to include your order number. If you bought the Pattern as a logged-in user, you can download the files directly from your account.
2 How do I download files from my account on www.lgmp.pl?
After logging into your account, you will see a menu in which the third item from the top is a box: "Downloads". From here you can download your purchased files.
3. despite paying for the order, I did not receive an email with access to the files. Why?
The most common reason is an error in the email address you entered when you placed your order. Since neither a phone number nor a home address is required when purchasing a digital product, I have no other way to contact you. I can only wait for contact from your side. Therefore, if you have not received an email with access to the files within several minutes after placing your order, first check the SPAM, NOTIFICATIONS, OFFERS folders and - if it is not there either - contact me by E-MAIL, sending a message to: info@lgmp.pl.
4. can I pay for the Pattern by regular bank transfer/postal order or online transfer, bypassing PayPal or Przelewy24?
Since the sale of digital products such as Patterns and e-books takes place on a continuous basis (24 hours a day and 7 days a week) they can be paid ONLY via PayPal (which also supports credit and debit cards) and PRZELEWY24. In exceptional cases, it is possible to pay by traditional bank transfer/postal money order or online transfer, but each time it requires individual arrangements. So if for some reason you cannot use PayPal/Przelewy24 payment, please contact me by E-MAIL, sending a message to: info@lgmp.pl. You will receive a return email with instructions on how to perform this type of operation.
5. when I buy a Pattern, do I get unlimited access to the files?
When you buy a Pattern you are buying a set of files, not online access. Each file has a finite number of downloads, set so that you can save them to several of your devices. Therefore, after downloading, DEFINITELY save the files to a drive on your computer/tablet, external drive or phone.
6. what to do in the situation when I can not download the ordered files?
If for some reason you are unable to download the files, be sure to contact me by MAIL by sending a message to: info@lgmp.pl. Remember to include your order number and the name of the Pattern.
You will receive a fallback link from which you will be able to download the files.
Using the fallback link, do not forget to immediately download and save the files to disk. This is important, due to the several-day shelf life of such links.
Sometimes the problem with downloading files is due to insufficient memory on your computer/tablet/phone. So make sure you have enough of it. Using a different web browser can also help.
7. due to a computer crash, I lost/lost all my files. Do I need to buy the Patterns again?
Of course not I understand the malice of inanimate objects. If such an annoyance has happened to you, please write to us. I will do my best to help. Remember to contact by MAIL, sending a message to info@lgmp.pl with the necessary details: the order number or the name for which the order was made and the name of the Pattern(s).
8. is creating an account on www.lgmp.pl necessary?
Creating an account is not essential, but in many cases it is very useful. First of all, by buying as a logged-in user, you can download directly from your account. In addition, some bundled promotions (such as a price reduction on another product in a bundle promotion) are only available to logged-in users (without this, the system will not be able to charge a reduced fee).
9. I have a problem playing the video - what is the cause?
Support videos are saved in mp4 format. This means that they can be played with any program that supports mp4 files. If the video does not play properly, or does not want to run at all, it may mean that it was not downloaded correctly and/or in its entirety. Check the size of your file and compare it to the file size specified on the product card. If it is smaller, you may need to use the fallback link and download the file again. Also check that you have enough memory on your computer/tablet/phone to download the video in its entirety.
10. I have a problem opening/printing the performance description or schematics - what is the cause?
The performance description and patterns diagrams are saved in pdf format. If you can not
open or print them, it may mean that the file was not downloaded correctly
and/or in full. If this is the case, please contact me by MAIL, sending a message to info@lgmp.pl with the necessary details: the order number or the name for which the order was made and the name of the Pattern(s). I will send the pdf files to you, as attachments to the return email, so you don't have to download them. If you still can't open the file, it will be necessary to check if your computer has the necessary program to open pdf files. And if you will have trouble printing the document - checking the connection of your computer to the printer. However, this is something you will already have to deal with on your own and ask for help from someone who deals with computer service.
11. I downloaded/downloaded files and after some time they "disappeared" from my computer/tablet/phone. Why did this happen?
At the outset, we have to say loudly and firmly that this is definitely not my doing Unless you let a hacker into your device, no one but you, can delete the files saved there from it. Sometimes it happens that, when saving files, you don't choose where to put them and they end up in the downloads/DOWNLOADS folder. This creates the mistaken impression that the file has "disappeared."
12. I tried to contact via Facebook or Instagram and did not receive a response. Why?
Social networks are not a good solution when it comes to contacting me. First of all, a message sent via Messenger to my private account, if you are not one of my friends, will fall into the "OTHER" folder and I probably won't see it anytime soon. Besides, often solving a problem will require email contact anyway, so it's better to do it that way right away. That's why the email you receive right after making an order includes the message "please DO NOT send messages on social networks, I am not able to answer them".
